Can a yeast infection cause frequent urination?

Question: Can a yeast infection cause frequent urination?
I had a UTI but was re-tested and the urine sample was negative as well as the culture. I am still having that frequent urge to go and I know I have a yeast infection. Could this be the cause of this? Thanks!

yes it can. I always have frequent urination accompanied with my yeast infections when I get them.

Yes, frequent urination is widely noted as being a common symptom of yeast infection.

A burning sensation while urinating is another common symptom of yeast infection.

There are a lot of other factors that can cause frequent urination. As to that being caused by your yeast infection, that can be a possibility, but not definite. If you want to make sure of it, you can have your yeast infection treated and see if the urinary frequency persists or stops. It’s really hard to determine whether yeast infection is causing that condition.
