Question: Can I have sex if I have a yeast infection?
I got a yeast infection about a week ago, and on the weekend I got a pill from my Dr. to cure it. I have started using thos yeast infection kits and its helping a lot. I’m not uncomfortable anymore. I started the kit about 3 days ago. What do u guys think?

Well i think it would be best for you to move till the yest infection is completely cleared. it can be transmitted sexually so you have to use a condom and be careful if you have sex but if i were you i would move a tiny longer

    I would wait about a week. It tends to be much more unpleasant for men to get a yeast infection than women. I know because it happened to my husband and I. I found out I had a yeast infection and began to treat it, but we resumed sexual activity shortly after. My husband ended up getting it and I felt bad, because he was very very uncomfortable. So just be patient because the last thing you want to do is give it to your partner.

    Don’t do it ! As a guy, I can tell you that a yeast infection can be transferred over to your male partner. From a guys perspective, this is really not a pleasant experience. I would suggest that you abstain from any sexual intercourse until the treatment is completed. The worst thing that can happen is that your male partner get “yeast infection” then passes it back to you, then you to him, him to you…well you get the picture…You male partner will thank you later !
