Can Thrush cause green/runny bowel movements in newborn?

Question: Can Thrush cause green/runny bowel movements in newborn?
my 1 month old and I both have thrush. For the past week she’s been having watery/runny bowel movements. She is now exclusively breast fed and I nearly always get her to empty out one breast brfore offering the next, so I don’t think it’s a foremilk/hindmilk issue. I’m just wondering if maybe the Thrush is causing her to have these funny bms? If not the thrush, what could it be?

Is she getting meds for the thrush? My guess that would be it, body expelling the nasties.

Sounds to be diarrhea.. my daughter had thrush at around 3 weeks ( and was breastfed) and when she got on meds for it she had green diarrhea.
