Do you think I have candida?

Question: Do you think I have candida?
“Other common Candida symptoms in males that don’t drop under an actual disorder classify might consist of irritability, cognitive difficulties, depression, inability to concentrate, fatigue, restlessness, anxiety, forgetfulness, diarrhea, constipation, headaches, frequent stomach aches, indigestion, heartburn, excessive shyness or feelings of being self-conscious, rashes and many more.”

Of those I have irritability, cognitive difficulties, depression, inability to concentrate, anxiety, excessive shyness and self consciousness.

I also have a lot of autism like symptoms which can be caused by Candida.

I just ate an English muffin and directly after intake it I felt a tiny “high”. Is this how people with Candida respond to starchy foods?

The symptoms you have described could be all kinds of things. There is not way for anyone here to know for sure if you have candida, but I think you probably don’t.

Some people get a high from eating gluten, which is found in wheat, barley and rye. Google “autism gluten” to find out about it. Google “mold warriors” to learn all about Candida issues.
