Go to a physician first.
If not go to a Pharmacy and speak to the Pharmacist, Boric Acid is a mild anti-infective.
They have mild solutions you could use–why do you want to use it?
The normal bacteria in the area is actually the same as in yogurt, so you can maintain good hygiene, change clothes, use cotton, consume good foods, no sugars or yeast feeding foods
