Question: I might have a yeast infection and I can’t use the treatment!?
Ok so I have had my period for a long time but I never mastered the use of a tampon. I tried many times but i freak out, tighten up and basically fail each time.

I figured it wasn’t a huge deal so I was not worried about it.

Now I am afraid that I might have a yeast infection and I don’t think I could use the treatment.

I was wondering if

A. There is an substitute treatment other then inserting the medication in your vagina
and/or
B. If anyone has any tips to help me get over this so i can use the medication

There is a pill called Diflucan. It’s usually a one time dose from your doctor.
