Question: I’m a male in my mid 30s been sufferring from candida at least 3 episodes in a year, how do i rid it off? HELP
Each of my attack of candida seems to stronger and leading to very painful episodes especially the oral thrush. Does anyone have a definative answer to curing candida? I don’t smoke and don’t drink much either. When candida attacks I usually take Diflucan (fluconzole). Please help, at this point of time I’m experiencing my first attack of candida in 2008, and this is the worst of all since 2005.

  1. N says:

It is not normal for a young healthy male to have recurrent candida infections unless you are on antibiotics. Recurrent candida infections may be a sign of an impaired immune system such as diabetes, HIV or other immune system conditions. You should consult a physician to get to the underlying cause which is causing these repeat infections.
    Good luck!
