Question: Is your vagina supposed to be tight during a yeast infection?
I have a yeast infection. I started the treatment 4 days ago. I tried to have sex, but my vagina felt stretched and injured and was really tight. Is this normal?

Yes. Don’t have sex. You’ll pass it to your partner. And it’s harder to spot in men if it’s not serious. And he’ll end up passing it back to you.

  1. YES says:

Yes it can be due to it being very uncomfortable down there you tend to clench together. As the other person stated it is best to wait until after treatmet to have sex wait about a week cause sex is very uncomfortable when you have a yeast infection. Give your body time to get back to normal. If still very tight after treatmet dont worry about it cause men tend to love it when its tight.
