question? largish lumps filled with l? liquid in the back of the tongue I was brushing my teeth and then I started? to use my tongue scraper when I realized about 6 bags full of l? liquid in the back of the tongue. ? Common? I’ve been smoking so they can this particular?? Or is thrush or herpes?     She’s right, they are called circumvallate papillae and they are the taste buds on the posterior of your tongue. We all have them ;)
