Symptoms of yeast infetions include: redness, itching, “cottage cheese” discharge, + or – burning.
Yeast is a normal part of the vaginal environment, but sometimes for whatever reason, it overgrows.
Unfortunately, some women are prone to these and get them quite often. The preventive measures can include taking a pro-biotic, using condoms, water (NOT OIL) based lubricants, cotton underwear, not staying in wet clothing, no douching.
