You can have a douche of water with a couple of drops of tea tree oil. Tee tree oil is antibacterial, antimicrobial and anti fungus. Besides (this is weird) you can insert a Garlic in the vagina overnight, don’t forget to take it off in the morning. Garlic is anti fungus, antimicrobial and antibacterial too. At the same time you can consume a lot of garlic to kill the fungus or purchase garlic pills. I hope that help you!

If you go into a pharmacy they will advise you. Usually clotrimazole pessary (Safe in pregnancy) or fluconazole tablet (not safe in pregnancy) and clotrimazole 1% cream to use externally only. Please be aware that the cream may cause condoms to break as it is oil based. Read instructions carefully before use and check with pharmacy it is ok for you to use.
You would be advised not to have sex for a couple of days until it clears up. Wear loose fitting clothes ie: no tights and use cotton underwear. Avoid washing inside the vagina (douching) and using strong smelling detergents when washing clothes. I have included a link from the nhs website with a video that is good.
    Hope it all works out
